Our Match-IT program assigns designated IT teams to our Managed Service clients. Each client will work directly with an account manager to learn your IT system needs and establish technology goals and vision. Your assigned technical consultants will know your company’s IT systems inside and out and will provide on-site and remote support for you each and every day. Your “Team” will be able to call upon a senior technical consultant for additional robust support when needed. Your team will be rounded out by our readily available Help Desk support here at Pegasus headquarters and a contact at Central Dispatch who will recognize your calls when they come in and will know exactly where to direct you when you make contact. Gone are the days of feeling like a number as a client— our valued clients will have their own IT teams, without the costs and resources required to maintain an in-house IT staff.
